Shipping & Returns

SHOP SHIPPING POLICY

-Shipping is available worldwide.

-Shipping times vary between products, so if you have a question about a specific item, take a look at the description on the item’s page where we've listed shipping/production time information for each item. 

-Note on shipping calculation for original artwork. This is especially important for international buyers! The shipping you will see at checkout is an estimate made by the shipping program. Once your order is packaged I will get the actual shipping rate.  Any additional shipping costs or credits will be billed or refunded once the package size, weight, and shipping location are confirmed. You will be notified of any increase in shipping cost before the item ships :) Due to Covid-19, shipping rates and availability are constantly changing, so if a shipping fee turns out to be significantly higher than the estimate at checkout, you will be free to cancel your order and receive a full refund. 

-International Shipping: International buyers are responsible for all duties and taxes that may be imposed by their country. Due to the changing regulations due to Brexit, UK buyers may be subject to additional fees to cover VAC taxes. Any orders that are rejected by international buyers upon delivery will not be refunded.

-Incorrect Shipping Information: Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. No refunds are available for orders lost, mis-delivered, or returned by the carrier due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information. 

 

SHOP SHIPPING TIMES

For original paintings:

-We carefully wrap and ship all originals directly from the studio. Assuming the original piece you purchased is fully dry and ready to be packaged, it will go out in the mail within seven business days of your purchase. 

 

For prints:

-All prints ordered through the online shop are made to order and will ship to you directly from the print house. Most orders are ready to ship in 7-10 business days depending on the size and location of the order. Please note that due to Covid-19 production times may be longer.


For products:

-All products that are in stock will ship out between 2-7 business days depending on the size of the order. If your order contains an item that is “out of stock” or “pre- order,” or requires additional assembly or packaging time, your order will be held until all items can ship at once, unless otherwise specified (shipping in multiple packages may result in additional shipping fees). Please note that due to Covid-19 production times may be longer. 

 

 

SHOP RETURN POLICY

For original paintings:

-All original artwork sales are final, except in special circumstances. We do our best online to represent photo and painting colors accurately, but every screen is different. If this is a concern for you, we recommend viewing the item, print, or painting on several different screens before making a final decision. 

For prints:

-Online print orders have a 30-day return policy for items that arrive with damage, a print error, or the wrong item sent to you by mistake. You are also welcome to return a print if it does not suit your space (please read our refund policy for details).

For products:

-Products that are made to order have a 30-day return policy that covers items that arrive damaged, with a manufacturer error, or with the wrong item shipped to you by mistake.  

-Products purchased from our in-person location have a 14-day return policy (please read our refund policy for details).

For digital downloads:

-All digital download sales are final and will be available to you right after you check out.



REFUND POLICY

-Original artwork and digital downloads are not eligible for refunds.


-Prints that arrive damaged, with a manufacturer error, or with the wrong item shipped by mistake are eligible for replacement or a refund of the full price of the item (shipping is non-refundable).


-If you decide a print doesn’t fit your space, you are welcome to exchange it for a different design of the same size or return it for store credit.  You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the original print as well as shipping the new print to you. 


-Products that are made to order that arrive damaged, with a manufacturer error, or with the wrong item shipped to you by mistake are eligible for replacement or a refund of the full price of the item (shipping is non-refundable).


-If you need to exchange a product ordered online for some reason (such as size or color) you are welcome to do so; however, you are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item you wish to exchange as well as shipping the new item to you.


- Any items purchased from our in-person location (with the exception of original artwork) can be returned in person within 14 days for a full refund.


Please note that any item being exchanged is subject to availability and production times. If we do not have the item in stock, we will try to order/make it for you, but in some cases the item may no longer be available.  In these cases you will receive store credit for the full price of the item.
